Bendy Bugs Yoga guides children (3 - 12 years) on imaginative journeys through a series of strengthening postures, games incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques. There is a balance between spontaneity and structure so that children learn to listen as well as express themselves creatively. Yoga and mindfulness help to to calm the mind, relax the body, aid attention and cultivate positivity, peace and happiness within ourselves and towards each other. This class will enable children to build confidence, creativity and flexibility in body and mind. Each class is packed with enthusiasm and love allowing each child to shine and see the beauty and light within.
