I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga which puts emphasis on uniting strong, fluid movement with mindful breath. Each week there will be a different theme or focus, guiding the individual to explore their true self with acceptance and love. I encourage you to explore all edges, to laugh when you fall and find strength and softness within. 

My classes are designed to enrich anyone's life using strength, balance, self-awareness and relaxation. They will help build strong, fearless bodies and peace and fulfillment within.
